Taekwondo
Caledonian Taekwondo Health & Fitness Centre is an exciting club where the best Taekwondo tuition available is located here. We practice Kukkiwon Taekwondo, more commonly called WTF style and are members of the BTCB. That means all our members and instructors are licenced and insured in order to provide the safest training environment in martial arts and fitness. The martial art of Taekwondo teaches practical self-defence and is a great way of socialising, keeping fit and healthy as well as a fun activity to participate in.
2009 saw us win the first ever Scottish League title after winning the Caledonian Cup 2009 and the title deciding 2010 Stirling Cup. 2010 promises to be even bigger!

Gym
In addition to our fully matted Taekwondo area with punch & kick bags we have a fully equipped state of the art gym including Life Fitness and Nautilus gym equipment. Our gym has a full range of free weights, resistance machine and CV equipment.
   
Personal Training
Personal Training has proven to be a very popular introduction to the club where we offer different packages according to your needs and finances.

Caledonian Taekwondo Community Fund is a not for profit organisation run by players and coaches to foster the development of Taekwondo within our local community. Over the last few years the Community Fund has brought on board several sponsors who have made a dramatic impact on the development of the our current players and their communities at a grass roots level.
